WTH are Morning Pages?

Small confession . . . Until fairly recently I had no freakin’ clue what morning pages are. I’ve journaled with a standard journal, and I have been using a bullet journal for a while now, but the term morning pages just wasn’t one I’d come across yet. Now, of course, I’m hooked!

Your morning routine is perhaps the most important part of your day, as it sets the tone and prepares you for the day. One popular trend that has helped people from all walks of life improve their morning routines is referred to as morning pages. Morning pages—as you may have guessed–are a form of daily journaling that you do right after you wake up. Hence, MORNING pages!

Although daily journaling at any time of the day is great for you, morning pages are especially beneficial. There’s a reason so many successful people swear by this practice.

Fоr thе fіrѕt hаlf-раgе оr раgе, уоu mау fіnd thаt уоu’rе fіllіng thе раgе wіth blаѕé оbѕеrvаtіоnѕ, but іf уоu ѕtісk wіth іt, уоu wіll lіkеlу еnd uр wіth ѕоmе gеmѕ іn thе rеѕt оf уоur wrіtіng. It’ѕ аll аbоut bеіng раtіеnt аnd соmmіttеd.
