Here are a few ways lemon water is beneficial to your body. Please note: while drinking lemon water does have many health benefits, you should seek medical advice for anything out of the ordinary. If you don’t have a physician, you can check out medicare doctors or similar websites to find the right one for you.

Stomach and Bowels

The first benefit of incorporating lemon into your daily water intake is what it does for your stomach. Certain illnesses like tummy bugs and IBS can be relieved and/or flushed out. It will also help regulate your bowels and create waste removal a lot easier.

Skin

Lemon water is also valuable for your skin. When lemon water is placed on burns, it helps reduce the probability of scars and may help fade scars you’ve had for a while. Lemon water will also help cool the area in which you have suffered a  burn.

Teeth and Gums

If you suffer from bad breath, you will see that the juice will look after the odor. You may also want to try to combine lemon water along with the traditional practice of oil pulling.

To assist with throat infections and pain associated with them, mix lemon with water in a fifty-fifty ratio and then gargle every couple of hours. Adding salt to that combination is also helpful in decreasing throat pain.

Weight, Blood Pressure, Nausea

Yоu might also consider drinking wаtеr mixed with lemon and honey to help you shed weight in a more natural manner versus taking harmful diet pills.

Individuals suffering from high blood рrеssurе mау also be relieved to know that drinking lemon water it may regulate their blood pressure, and improve dizziness and nausea.

Other medical issues that can be helped by drinking lemon water include rheumatism and respiratory ailments. It may also helps help induce inducing perspiration to aid in sweating out toxins. And finally, lemon water acts as a blood purifier and for that reason has been helpful in combating cholera and malaria.
