    Hi Ali.

    This is a great start for the month of May. Sorry I haven’t been around. Busy doing things around the home and car. We had company a couple of weeks ago and now taking care of business. I am excited about this challenge and looking forward to see how I can apply some of you ideas to my lifestyle. The last time you respond to me was about eating and I still have a hard time slowly down. HA! The food is just to tasty. My husband is a slower eater, that is always and I speed right by like nobodies business. Ha! So, I am still working on it. Oops, sorry to get off track here. I will be looking forward for tomorrow.
