    I’ve learned that failure is just another form of learning. People are so afraid to fail that when they attempt something and it doesn’t work the first time that means it obviously doesn’t work. That’s a sucky attitude to have. I will be honest I don’t feel sorry for people like that. Growing up we’ve all heard that words have power, and look on the bright side. Really like you said we all need to be open and listen to the Universe. If you have a voice in the back of your head telling you that you need go do something and the feeling is in your gut, well after your done coming up with the list of everything that could possibly go wrong. Go do it. Find that everything went just the way you wanted it to go. When I feel down or just off in general I make lists. I start writing down everything that I would like to feel. I write it in present tense. Dont write the future but write it in the now. It feels really good and afterwards you don’t feel anything but then you can create the positive feeling for yourself. So I whole heartedly agree with this!

      You’re absolutely right! If your gut is telling you to do something–there’s a reason. Stop talking yourself out of trying and go do it! And I LOVE your lists! Not only is that a great way to get all of the potentially overwhelming thoughts out of your head, it’s a great way to allow yourself to SEE everything you can accomplish. Sometimes that little extra nudge is all you need to start moving forward. Thank you so much for your insight. I know it will resonate with other readers. – Ali
