Happiness. We all strive for it, but the definition varies from person to person. Some think of happiness in terms of tangibles–material possessions, a smaller pant size, or maybe the awesome shoes they’re currently lusting after. Those things might make you feel special in the short term, but things don’t create happiness. Happiness is a state of mind.

A rеgulаr dоѕе оf frеѕh аіr and sunshine іѕ vіtаl tо brеаthіng nеw lіfе іntо thе bоdу аnd mіnd. Vitamin D, which is the vitamin we receive directly from the sun, affects numerous physical functions.

Happy people don’t compare themselves to others.
